bookmarked the rest to try out soon. These recipes are further evidence that
healthy food can also be delicious. Eating healthy does not necessarily mean

A Berry Merry Summer - June 2013 event
It is official: the British summer has arrived here for us with the usual fanfare and trimmings, aka, rain and unpredictable weather. But that never stops us from enjoying every moment of it. The greatest advantage of the summer for us is the arrival of fresh and juicy berries. Oh! those enjoyable moments when tiny fruits, produced from single ovary, just bursts out with full flavour and taste in our mouth cannot be described. You just have to experience it to know :) Not only do they taste good, they are low in calories, high in fibre, antioxidants, flavonoids and packed with vitamins and minerals. Some examples here:
Well, the list is never ending. But I am looking for some great ways to enjoy these awesome berries. Yes, they make excellent snacks. But I am looking for something more. There must be millions of way to enjoy these tasty little treats. So here I am waiting to hear from all you foodies, chefs, food-bloggers and non-bloggers alike all about your innovative and tasty recipes with berries! What are you waiting for? - Flavonoids in raspberries are responsible for their red flesh.

Healthy Me & Healthy US - May 2013 Edition
Hello Friends,
Thanks to Priya, I will be hosting the "MAY 2013 Edition" of Healthy Me & Healthy US event from the 1st May 2013.
As parents we all strive for Healthy and happy families. It is our responsibility to teach our children healthy eating habits and the best way to teach children anything is by example. Healthy eating is not just for those who are interested in losing/gaining weight, but, also for those who want to maintain their current weight. Also, the best way to lose weight and keep it off is through healthy-balanced diet. Healthy food does not necessarily mean unappetizing or tasteless food. Healthy food can be totally scrumptious and taste delicious that the whole family can enjoy together. I find these Healthy eating events are a great way to share and find a wide variety of healthy and tasty food ideas and recipes. So I am very excited to take part by hosting this month's event.
