Hotdogs/veggie sausage pastry

Whenever I am on the look out for a quick and easy snack, or for something easy to put together for dinner, the first thing I look for  is pastry rolls! Just fill in some vegetables, you have a veggie puff or just throw in sausages along with the veggies, it can be part of a lunch/dinner meal and can be easily served with some salad on the side. So after a tiring day's work this is one of my favorite go to dinner ideas!

Things you will need:
One pack of hot-dogs (or tofu/ veg. sausage for a veggie version)
Ready-to-Bake Pastry-Rolls
Veggies such as carrots, sweet-peppers, Cheese
Melted butter 2 tbsp

In a skillet, pre-boil (skip for veggie version) and cook the hot-dogs (tofu/ veg. sausage) until they brown and blister.
Wrap the dogs in a square of the pastry-sheet and roll them up like a cigar with veggies & cheese. Use butter to hold/seal the sides of the pastry sheet.
Cut into smaller pieces to desired Toddler-friendly size.
Place them in a slightly buttered baking dish
In an oven preheated to 180-200 degree C (375-400 degrees F)  and bake the rolled dogs for about 20mins. or until they are fluffy and golden brown.
Enjoy with the toddler's favourite dipping sauce.
